Position description
As a Customer Service Associate you will:
provide guidance and support to customers
use the Kanetix transaction database to locate and transfer the client's quotation(s) to the chosen insurance supplier
provide clients with a 'warm transfer' to insurance carriers or intermediaries
document each customer contact and update the Kanetix customer management system
work collaboratively with the insurance carriers to satisfy the client's needs
The compensation package consists of a competitive salary, benefits, incentive bonus, and profit-sharing.
Job qualifications
Our next ideal team member will:
have previous call-centre or customer service experience
have an interest in the insurance industry
be comfortable with technology and constant change
be comfortable and proficient with PC tools (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word,...) and the Internet
work well with others in a fast-paced environment
have strong organizational and problem-solving skills
have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
