Position description:

We are looking for an individual interested in contributing to the continued successful growth of Kanetix. The role will require you to be a subject matter expert in all aspects of website analysis and use your knowledge to identify, execute, and analyze ways to optimize website performance.

Responsibilities:

• Improve website performance towards Kanetix objectives
• Lead insights from data and focus groups to suggest, create, and execute multivariate tests that drive improvements across the site
• Make recommendations for improvement
• Analyze data from online marketing campaigns; user response, focus groups, web site conversion, bounce rates
• Create test cases and question sets for focus group users to capture problem areas with the website
• Report on and analyze web data
• Perform competitive analysis
• Identify new opportunities
• Do all the above while maintaining integrity, consistency, and accuracy on the site
• Create and execute test plans, ensuring project requirements are delivered on time, within scope, and bug-free
• Work directly with our development team to meet a high standard of project delivery

Job qualifications:

• Three to five years web analytics experience
• Sound knowledge of web analytics concepts and tools (e.g. Google Analytics, A/B and multivariate testing, etc.)
• The confidence and ability to influence the business and provide recommendations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• University degree or equivalent post-secondary education, with an emphasis in business, marketing, or IT related courses preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, open concept office environment
• Strong PC skills, specifically in a Windows environment; proficient with Microsoft Office and advanced MS Excel

The compensation package consists of a competitive salary, benefits, incentive bonus, and profit-sharing.
