Position description:
Kanetix® is looking for an Online Sales & Product Lead - Mortgage & Lending with experience in the online mortgage, credit cards and lending marketplace. The position is responsible for developing and growing our online financial products including Mortgage, Credit Cards and Lending. This includes, but is not limited to, researching and leading initiatives to improve product performance, increasing sales, acquiring new suppliers to develop and expand current and new offerings, and analyzing the performance of the initiatives.
The successful candidates will have at least two years of online sales and marketing experience in the financial services industry focused on mortgage and lending. The ideal candidates are self starters who have the experience and confidence to build online service offerings for consumers, develop new business relationships and manage existing ones. These positions will work closely with other marketing team members at Kanetix and should appeal to candidates who prefer the fast-paced and results-oriented environment of a successful internet company located in downtown Toronto.
Core Competencies:
Two or more years of online sales, product or marketing experience with a focus on financial services (Mortgage, Credit Cards and Lending)
University degree in Business, Marketing, or other related degree (MBA preferred)
Excellent communication skills; both oral and written
Experience developing new online services, managing clients and developing new business relationships
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Self starter who has the ability to work both independently and with a team
Strong analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office in general
The compensation package consists of a competitive salary, benefits, incentive bonus, and profit-sharing.
