Have your say, but remember just as in any other community, there are a core set of principles that must be adhered to by all members. Subscribers who violate the rules, or are simply suspected of violating the rules, are subject to having their account and subscription to Kanetix® revoked at anytime, without warning.
Be a Good Member
Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion, so if you disagree with something you see or read remember that there are many diverse viewpoints out there. Show respect to other subscribers and let's keep the community-vibe friendly. If you disagree, debating a point can be done rationally, politely and certainly within the rules of the community.
The following are unacceptable in comments, messages and content, no matter its context:
- The posting or transmitting of material that violates or infringes upon the rights of others, is threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, racist, sexist, sexual, or otherwise objectionable or that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any law.
- The posting or transmitting of material such as slurs, insults, threats, harassment, impersonation of others, misrepresentation, inciting violence or other acts deemed inappropriate by Kanetix. Kanetix is not a hate space.
- The posting or transmitting of comments or links that is unrelated, or clearly meant to solicit others for personal or financial gain. Propositioning people to add you as a contact is also not allowed. Invasion of privacy or asking people to share personal information is strictly prohibited. Defamation of Kanetix is also not allowed.
- The posting or transmitting of personally identifiable information such as, but not limited to your contact details.
When making a comment or suggestion, ask clearly. Correct spelling and grammar will help us understand your question, and you'll get better responses when you are clear, concise and precise.
Be a Good Citizen
If you like what you see, or found it helpful, give it a rating where available. If you see abuse, please report it by contacting us. Your help can make a difference in stopping malicious behaviour on our site.

Respect the Site and the Material
Illegal activity of any kind is prohibited including unauthorized copying or distribution of software, content, photos and graphics. Using the site for propaganda, solicitation, political, professional or commercial purposes is also prohibited.
Do not attempt to break into our site or steal any copyrighted or trademarked material. Posting malicious devices or viruses that may interfere with our service, or our members, is also strictly prohibited.
