Can someone with a motorcycle policy be listed as an occasional driver on a car's policy?A

Hi,
I live in Alberta. I understand that all drivers in a household must be listed as either occasional or primary drivers in a policy unless the person has another auto insurance policy. If one person has a motorcycle policy, should he/she be listed as an occasional driver on a car's policy?

Yes, it is necessary to list someone in your household as an occasional driver on an auto policy if they currently hold a driver's licence, in addition to their motorcycle licence. If they have a motorcycle policy already, it does not change this situation.
