Who can I complain to about a life insurer if I am having trouble with mine?

I looked around online and found that if you have a concern or complaint about a life insurance company¿s life or health insurance product or service that you should contact the Ombud Service for Life and Health Insurance. The OLHI website can be found at http://www.olhi.ca. Simply click on `The Complaint Process¿ section to learn more. According to the site, the services are free of charge and they will never refuse to at least discuss your concerns or complaints. The only caveat we were able to find was that their "mandate does not permit us to deal with complaints already before a court, tribunal, arbitrator or another independent dispute resolution service."
