I'd like to know if living in the city will raise my car insurance? I plan to move to Toronto from Port Credit (the suburbs) for work. I will be driving less as a result. I'm hoping my insurance will be cheaper. Any input would be appreciated.

It might, but the only way to know for sure is to get quotes based on your new address.
