| Am I allowed to make changes to my application? | |
| Yes. You can edit your application at any time before your rate is locked in. Just remember that any time you make changes, you might be extending the time it will take to close your loan. It may also increase the cost of closing and possibly effect your interest rate.
It is important to complete your application completely and accurately before you submit it; again any discrepancies will extend the closing time. Once your rate is locked in, make sure to double check the terms and immediately contact your mortgage consultant if anything needs to be corrected.
