If you are looking to get in touch with Kanetix's customer care team you can contact them directly at: kanetix_support@kanetix.ca
If you are trying to access a quote that you previously obtained through Kanetix, this feature is only available if you saved your quote (with a password for security) at the time you got your quote. The renewal reminder service and the separate "My Saved Quotes" feature are not linked and do not share information.
