Is insurance for less than $9000 possible with many speeding tickets?

My son's insurance will not be renewing his contract . He is 19 and had many speeding tickets . So he shopped around and the cheapest he could find was 9000$ a year ... Is there acompany that would insure him for less ???

You didn't mention where your son shopped around. Did he try Kanetix.ca? If not, he should.
