Where can I get travel insurance with my health conditions?

I am an Australian aged 69 (female) who wishes to visit Canada for approx 28 days from September 22, 2010. I have heart disease & had a quad bypass in 2000 & an ICD fitted in 2004. Will anyone cover me for travel insurance General health while travelling with my husband?
