My wife just turns 60 before departure but coverage states 59 only. Can I still get this offer $125.80 family single trip?

You didn't mention which company you are looking to purchase trave insurance coverage with. Most companies use age as of current date, rather than age as of departure. However, you should check with the company you are purchasing with to make sure.
