You have the worst customer service reps ever, after filing a quote request on your site, i got my quotes and the phone number to call, after 20 minutes wait i get a rep at 19.59, i say politely : Hi, i am calling because......" the rep, she cuts me off right there and go: listen all insurance companies are closed!! call tomorrow! i tell her knowing royal bank since my wife work there funny, i know they are still open, she goes well you are my last call i m just clearing up the queue, so i tell her wow, why dont you guys have an automatic message saying insurance companies are closed instead of leaving the queue open, she goes you are calling me a liar goodbye and than BANG... truly, wow, the shitiest rep i spoke to in years, she should work as...i wouldnt know what fits her qualifications. As a Motoring Journalist and the founder and sole owner of Evosy.com, i truly believe this girl should be let go, she is so rude beyond nature,i will vividly tweet and write about your useless serv
