What are you doing, if anything, to lower your car insurance rate? Reviewing discounts? Changing your driving habits? Switching providers?

Yes I have. I drive my car less and I take transit whenever I can. It also doesn't help that gas prices keep fluctuating.

This is not the point my friend you are driving less and less.
