For almost 20 years I have dealt with ING/Intact Insurance paying them them tens of thousands of dollars in various types of Insurance yet when I finally need the insurance...I was burglarized; they find a sleazy way to get out of paying.

By the way, in the end with my deductible we would have paid equally so I was not getting any great deal. I pay more in a year than I was seeking yet they still refused to honor the policy I have.

Bottom line I will not deal with them so I am looking for an honest insurance company because now I worry that the fire & loss insurance I have on my properties they will also find a way to sleaze out of.

Please recommend those companies who do not just use fine print but look at the client and their years of commitment to the company.
