| MVA IRB Income attendant care | |
| I am receiving Income replacement benefits and attendant care payments from my auto insurance. I want to file a 2010 income tax, but my auto insurance is not providing any reference for these payments. The insurance rep said that i don't have to include these two (IRB & Attendant care income) in my income tax.
Any advice? is this true? Thanks Posted by bazzi2004 on 2011/08/28 17:26:53 When filing your tax return your insurance agent is the last person you should be listening to for advice. I suggest you consult with a certified accountant or income tax specialist regarding this. Since Income Replacement Benefits is considered a form of income you should also check with Canada Revenue Agency to learn about your legal obligations.
