Hello ,

I am a Professional Truck Driver (A-Z) with 13 years of driving experience in Israel , but i don't have any Canadian driving license or experience.

My question is : After i'll get a Canadian driving license (A-Z) , which rates of car insurance will i pay ?

Like an Experienced Professional Driver or like a New Driver ???

It depends on if you¿re talking about your personal car insurance or your commercial trucking insurance. Once you obtain your license in Canada most insurers will start you off as a new driver. They will usually not recognize your driving experience in Israel since there are vastly different driving conditions such as laws, weather, etc. Your commercial auto insurance may be more lenient but this will be on a case by case basis.
