If I am at-fault for an accident for which no one was present (with a parked vehicle) but I left my insurance policy and full information for the driver, is it possible that the driver may contact their or my insurance to file a claim, without me even knowing? If they have this information, will my insurance company call me to confirm the incident?

It is possible and even likely that the other driver would contact their insurance company to make a claim without you knowing. Typically they would call their own company and provide them with the insurance details you left behind. Their insurer would then contact your insurer and inform them of the incident.
