Is there anyone that sells travel insurance once you are already abroad, but your current coverage is about to expire?

We would not be able to offer a quote comparison for this type of situation through the Kanetix Marketplace. You would need to speak with travel suppliers directly, they may be able to offer an extension. I¿d imagine your best bet would be to speak with the supplier of your current policy or contact any of the following:
