My husband wants to buy a car but he doesn't have a drivers license, can he still get insurance on the vehicle if i am the driver?

I would need more information in order to answer your question fully. This brings into question something called 'insurable interest'. A person has an insurable interest in something when loss-of or damage-to that thing would cause the person to suffer a financial loss or other kind of loss. If you own the vehicle and are the full time driver of it then a third party has no insurable interest and therefore can't set up insurance. However, to keep things simple, speak to a broker or agent and they can advise you further on how to set this up properly. It can be done.
